Every year, PERK analyzes legislation, tracks policy, educates the public, and equips our community with the tools needed to make an impact. This year is no different. In fact, we have made the process even easier.

PERK has now placed our 2026 state and federal advocacy action campaigns all in one place on our website so you can quickly review the bills, understand what is at stake, and take action in just minutes.

On this page, you will find California bills to support, California bills to oppose, and federal health freedom bills that need immediate public engagement. Each action campaign includes ready-to-send letters, targeted links to representatives, call scripts, and simple step-by-step instructions. PERK’s website currently lists 2026 California bills to support and oppose, along with federal action campaigns on religious liberty, vaccine liability, pesticide accountability, and the Farm Bill pesticide immunity shield.

This year, PERK has launched 23 action campaigns for state and federal health freedom policy. These campaigns are designed to make advocacy simple, fast, and effective.

We also did what many said could not be done in California: PERK sponsored health freedom legislation with bipartisan support. Health freedom remains one of the most important and highly debated issues in our state, and PERK will continue working to protect parental rights, medical freedom, religious liberty, education access, privacy, and accountability.

But none of this matters unless the people act.

Rule Breakers, Innovators, Solutions

How bold thinkers in soil, food, fitness, regenerative medicine, media, and advocacy are challenging the status quo to create a healthier future and change the world. Spotlighting modern-day innovators who are pushing beyond conventional thinking to solve some of the most urgent issues facing American families. From pesticide-contaminated soil and to children’s fitness, regenerative farming, regenerative medicine, leveraging media for good, and innovative grassroots policy advocacy, this session will explore how Health Freedom is connected to every part of daily life.

Led by Amy Bohn of PERK, the workshop will feature short, high-impact presentations from leaders who are breaking rules, building solutions, and helping create a better future.
