Amy Bohn Took Health Freedom to FreedomFest
Rule Breakers. Real Solutions. A Movement Rising.
Nearly 2,000 freedom-minded leaders, families, entrepreneurs, journalists, and advocates gathered in Las Vegas for FreedomFest 2026—and PERK made sure health freedom, parental rights, and citizen action were part of the national conversation.
Throughout the week, PERK President Amy Bohn appeared on multiple podcasts and media interviews, sharing what is happening in California, highlighting PERK’s growing national impact, and explaining how ordinary citizens can become effective advocates in their own communities.
Every interview carried the same essential message:
Health freedom will not be preserved by standing on the sidelines. It will be protected by informed, courageous people who are willing to speak, organize, innovate, and act.
Rule Breakers Brought Solutions
PERK’s breakout session, “Rule Breakers: The Innovators Rebuilding Health Freedom,” brought together leaders who are not waiting for broken systems to fix themselves.
Moderated by Amy Bohn, the session explored practical solutions connecting health freedom to advocacy, medicine, children’s health, agriculture, education, technology, media, and the preservation of liberty.
The powerhouse panel featured:
Amy Bohn, President of PERK
Innovative grassroots advocacy, citizen mobilization, and PERK’s landmark work sponsoring bipartisan health freedom legislation in California.
Don Williams of Cell Factors
Emerging regenerative medicine and biological technologies supporting recovery, longevity, and health optimization.
David Cain, Founder of America’s Healthy Kids
Proven programs helping children become more active, improve their fitness, and reverse the growing childhood health crisis.
Jarom Sidwell, Founder of Immersive History
Using interactive media and immersive technology to bring America’s founding principles, faith, history, and freedom to life for the next generation.
Daniel Cluff, President and COO of Bactelife Industries
Regenerative agriculture and biological innovations designed to improve crop productivity while reducing water and fertilizer requirements.
These were not simply presentations about what is wrong.
They were conversations about what is possible.
From rebuilding soil and strengthening children to advancing regenerative medicine, preserving history, leveraging media, and transforming grassroots advocacy, the session demonstrated that health freedom touches nearly every part of our daily lives.
From Awareness to Action
Throughout FreedomFest, nearly 2,000 attendees had the opportunity to learn more about PERK, the health freedom movement, and the actions they can take in their own states.
They discovered that effective advocacy does not begin in Washington, D.C., or inside a state capitol.
It begins with informed citizens who understand the issues, contact their representatives, organize their communities, support principled legislation, and refuse to remain silent when fundamental rights are threatened.
PERK did more than attend FreedomFest.
We brought solutions.
We built relationships.
We amplified the message.
We equipped new advocates.
And we expanded the movement.
FreedomFest reminded us that the people changing the future are often the ones willing to challenge conventional thinking, break ineffective rules, and build something better.
PERK is proud to stand among those innovators—and even more determined to carry this momentum forward.
The Next Rule Breaker Could Be You
Learn what legislation is moving in your state. Use PERK’s action campaigns. Contact your representatives. Share these resources with your family and friends.
One voice can start a conversation.
Thousands of informed voices can change policy.
Health freedom requires action—and together, we are building a movement that cannot be ignored.
The speaker roles and session themes are based on PERK’s pre-event announcement, which framed the program around health freedom solutions spanning advocacy, regenerative medicine, children’s fitness, immersive media, and regenerative agriculture. (PERK) FreedomFest 2026 took place July 8–11 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas during the 250th anniversary year of the Declaration of Independence. (PERK)
Sincerely,
PERK

After years helping create fictional worlds, Jarom left Hollywood to build immersive experiences that bring history to life. His mission is simple: if children can step inside the stories that shaped faith and freedom, those stories become part of who they are. His experiences transport families into the Bible and America's founding, including his latest mobile release 1776, where users stand beside the Founding Fathers inside Independence Hall on the day the Declaration of Independence was adopted. He believes the greatest threat to liberty is a generation that never truly experiences the principles upon which it was founded.
Daniel Cluff Founder Bactelife
Daniel Cluff is President and COO of Bactelife Industries, an agricultural technology company developing biological solutions that improve crop productivity while reducing water and fertilizer requirements.
He has led large-scale commercialization efforts for H2Organix®, a biological root-zone efficiency platform evaluated in more than 40 crops across multiple countries. His work includes collaborations with commercial farmers, universities, government agencies, and international agricultural organizations focused on food security, water conservation, and regenerative farming.
Daniel's work centers on a simple principle: many of today's environmental and agricultural challenges are best solved through innovation, entrepreneurship, and voluntary market adoption rather than increasing regulation. At FreedomFest, he will discuss how advances in agricultural technology can strengthen individual liberty by increasing food production, conserving natural resources, and expanding economic opportunity for farmers worldwide.
