YOUR FIVE MINUTES ON THE FEDERAL RECORD
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has opened a public comment period asking, in its own words, how parents experience vaccine recommendations and whether they feel free to ask questions. PERK is filing on the permanent federal record, and we want it built on your real experiences. Take our anonymous ten question survey, five minutes, by September 8. Please do not include your child’s name or any identifying medical details. Your voice, on the record, where the decisions actually get made.
