The united opposition to AB84 continues. Assembly Bill 84 (Muratsuchi) is a threat to parent choice, innovation, and student success. It’s being pushed through the California Legislature under the guise of “reform,” but in reality, it punishes charter schools that serve vulnerable students and families. It must be stopped.

CPC stated, “Last week, Asm. Al Muratsuchi made his proposal, Assembly Bill 84, a two year bill meaning that it would be held for now and reconsidered in January. However, recent dynamics put the bill back in play.
