PERK welcomed Mikki Willis as our keynote speaker for Freedom Shines Bright. He delivered a powerful and moving message that truly inspired our audience. Thank you to Mikki Willis and his beautiful wife, Nadia, for making this event so meaningful and memorable and for showing us how freedom truly shines bright. Here’s a brief highlight from Mikki’s speech.
We were also inspired by our wise expert psychologist, Dr. Toby Watson, who shared valuable insights about our children and the world they are growing up in. Hava Levi shared her incredible knowledge of healing, including nature’s remedies. Kristina Irwin inspired us as she courageously runs for California State Senate, and Charan Prabhakar emceed the evening with style, humor, and energy.
Amy Bohn shared the incredible progress since the launch of their campaign advocating for the removal of federal dollars from entities that violate religious liberty and children’s rights. She shared the coalition of support for letters sent to President Trump, Secretary Kennedy, and the Office of Civil Rights. See inspiring update here. Amy also reminded everyone of the simple yet powerful message of Margaret Mead, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has."
During the evening, we also shared a never-before-seen keynote speech clip from Charlie Kirk that carried special meaning for our community. In light of his passing, this moment was deeply moving. At the time of our summer event, we did not realize that one of Charlie’s final special events of this kind would be PERK’s 5th-year celebration gala, the Legacy of Freedom event held in New York, where he served as our keynote speaker. Hearing Charlie in his own words reflect on RFK Jr., the health freedom movement, and the mission of PERK was a powerful reminder of how far this movement has come and the voices that helped shape it.
