Your right to decline vaccines for your child is up for vote! We need your voice NOW!
Action Needed Urgently
Dear PERK Community,
The fight for freedom does not stop, and it extends beyond California. In Minnesota, there is a bill called SF 3439 that we need immediate action in opposition.
Over 1,000 families have shown up to the Minnesota State Capitol in opposition of this bill and it is our duty to stand with them and support by taking much needed action.
Bill Summary:
SF 3439 is a Minnesota bill that would remove the existing conscientious-belief exemption for the measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine requirement in child care, preschool, prekindergarten, elementary school, secondary school, and related educational settings. Under the bill, parents could no longer decline the MMR vaccine for their child based on religious, philosophical, personal, or conscientious beliefs; families would instead need to provide proof of MMR vaccination or qualify for a medical exemption. In effect, SF 3439 would condition a child’s access to school or child care on compliance with the MMR requirement unless a narrow medical exemption applies. This sets the stage for similar legislation to be passed in Minnesota, and across the United States.
Use your voices for good and oppose this bill! Below is PERK’s letter of opposition.

For states like California, where I reside with my family, sympathetic and motivated representatives are ready to fight to protect your parental rights, health freedom, and your children. These national initiatives are vital for those of us in more hostile, extreme states. We need the support of Congress, the Senate, and our policy makers to create new solutions that both respect state rights, and help us win this issue nationally.
