Dear PERK Members,
California families and physicians have experienced more than 7 years of challenges related to medical exemptions. It’s time for that to change. I cannot begin to express enough that we need all hands on deck. Everyone needs to send in a letter asap to the Senate Health Committee.

Submit Your SB 1377 Support Letter Now
We need every supporter and every organization to submit an official letter of support for SB 1377, the Medical Exemption Protection Bill, to the California Senate Health Committee through the official Advocacy Portal as soon as possible. HERE.
Instructions for Organizations
Your letter must:
• Be on official letterhead
• Include the signature and title of an authorized representative
• Clearly state SUPPORT for SB 1377

All individuals can send in an official letter of support. Complete the one-time registration to create a username and password, then log in and submit your support letter through the Advocacy Portal. Here’s how to do it.
Please act immediately. Every official letter matters. This is the official way your support counts.
