Dear PERK Members,

Today we write to you to urge you to take action to oppose AB 2651 (Bonta). This bill would pressure families and create a vaccine quota in our schools, creating a new stigma and giving the government more influence over our private medical decisions. Children in California deserve equal access to education, and parents in California deserve the right to make their own medical decisions regarding their child. AB 2651 should be opposed because it pressures families, invites stigma into school communities, and gives government more influence over private medical decisions that belong to parents.
